Dr. Semer Wang is the Medical Director of The Brain & Performance Centre and a certified physician in family medicine and hyperbaric medicine. Previously, he served as the Medical Director of a major primary healthcare facility, where he and his team oversaw the care of more than 10,000 patients. With over twenty years of experience in hyperbaric and diving medicine, Dr. Wang has also led the hyperbaric and diving medicine unit at a regional hospital. For more than a decade, he has specialised in treating patients with chronic pain and has taught courses on the management of myofascial pain syndromes. Dr. Wang graduated from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria.

Dr. Ginzarly is a physician at The Brain & Performance Centre with more than 10 years of experience in family medicine and over 4 years in hyperbaric oxygen therapy. She holds a doctorate in Family Medicine from Jean Monnet University and a master’s degree in Epidemiology and Clinical Research from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1, France. In addition to her expertise in family medicine, Dr. Ginzarly has a particular interest in gynaecology, psychiatric and psychological disorders, and geriatrics. With experience working in clinics in both France and Dubai, Dr. Ginzarly is passionate about providing personalised, comprehensive, and continuous care for patients, regardless of age, gender, or illness.

Dr. Qureshi is a Consultant Physician at The Brain & Performance Centre. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the prestigious University College London (UCL), with a subspecialty in family medicine and a special interest in acute and emergency medicine. With over 15 years of experience across public and private sectors in the UK and UAE, Dr. Qureshi has extensive clinical expertise in family medicine, sports performance, medical education, and healthcare information technology. Dr. Qureshi has been with The Brain & Performance Centre since its inception and, over the past four years, has developed and refined his skills in hyperbaric and performance medicine.

Dr. Raghda is a specialist paediatrician at The Brain & Performance Centre. She has over 10 years of academic and clinical experience in paediatrics and paediatric neurology in Egypt. Dr. Raghda has treated children with various conditions, with a special interest in neuroimmunology, neuro-metabolic diseases, and epilepsy. She has also taught undergraduate and postgraduate students in these fields during the past decade. Dr. Raghda graduated from the Ain Shams University School of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt, and holds a doctorate in Paediatrics. She is also a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in London, England.

Dr. Sherif is a highly experienced radiologist with over 15 years of expertise in diagnostic radiology. As the Chief of Radiology at The Brain & Performance Centre, he brings a deep understanding of advanced imaging techniques and patient care. With a decade of experience at some of the UAE’s most renowned radiology facilities, Dr. Sherif has cultivated a strong reputation for excellence in his field. A graduate of the University of Alexandria’s Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Sherif completed his radiology residency in 2008. He furthered his specialisation by earning a clinical diploma in radiology in 2010 and a master's degree in diagnostic and interventional radiology in 2012. His Egyptian roots and international experience have shaped a global perspective on healthcare, enabling him to lead his team with skill and dedication.

Taif is the Physical Performance Lead at The Brain & Performance Centre. He is an accomplished Rehabilitation and Performance Specialist with over 15 years of experience in Sports Medicine. He has been an integral part of a variety of multidisciplinary medical teams, providing world-class, exercise-based care to clients in both Ireland and the UAE. Graduating from Dublin City University with first-class honours in Sport Science and Health, he later completed a master’s degree with distinction in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales. Taif’s sporting background includes playing international rugby, going on to captain his team and competing in the Rugby 7s World Cup. Taif and the physical performance team oversee all areas of the client’s physical health during their time at The Brain & Performance Centre. Making use of the latest technology available, an individualised physical performance programme is developed for each client. Focusing on an evidence-based movement approach to treatment, the goal is to leverage the healing and performance benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy so that clients feel, move, and perform better.

Dr. Eleni Margioti is a licensed psychologist with extensive clinical and research experience, focusing on healthy ageing, longevity, frailty, and neurodegenerative diseases. With 18 years of experience, Dr. Margioti has worked with the Athens Alzheimer’s Association as a Scientific Supervisor at a Dementia Day Care Centre, while also serving as Project Manager for various European projects focused on ageing and dementia. She is registered with both the Dubai Health Authority and the Greek Psychological Society and is a member of the Greek Neuropsychological Society.

Marah holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Leeds, UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University, UK. She is a registered Clinical Dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (UK) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Marah follows an evidence-based approach in her practice, integrating the latest clinical research to provide scientifically grounded dietetic interventions. Her career began within the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, where she gained extensive experience across a range of specialisations, including stroke rehabilitation, diabetes management, and gastroenterology. Currently, Marah’s expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including gastrointestinal and digestive diseases, neurological disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. She adopts a patient-centred and holistic approach to health and nutrition, considering each individual's medical history, lifestyle, and cultural background. Marah is dedicated to educating her clients on sustainable, practical dietary modifications aimed at enhancing their overall health and well-being.

Matthew is Hyperbaric Program Manager at The Brain & Performance Centre, and brings more than 16 years’ experience to this key medical technology position. His career expertise has been gained from diverse industry applications of hyperbaric technology in markets that include the US and the USA. Matthew’s professional qualifications include certification by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT) USA and European Union of Certified Hyperbaric Technicians. He is an HSE Certified Commercial Diver and a qualified Diver Medical Technician (DMT). Matthew is a member of the Board of Directors of European Baromedical Association (EBAss).

Dr. Craig R. Cook is the Chief Executive Officer of The Brain & Performance Centre, a world leader in brain health and performance. Originally from Australia, Craig brings over 30 years of international leadership experience to The Brain & Performance Centre, with more than 20 years based in the UAE. Prior to joining The Brain & Performance Centre, Craig served as Executive Director for International Operations at Cleveland Clinic. He has extensive experience overseeing healthcare and hospitality entities across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the Caribbean, and the United States. His primary areas of expertise include healthcare strategy and service delivery, international operations, hospitality services, and the provision of top-tier concierge and VIP medicine. With a passion for team coaching and engagement, Craig has successfully led large multicultural teams through operational activations, resulting in exceptional patient and caregiver engagement scores. As CEO of The Brain & Performance Centre, Craig is responsible for supporting the attainment of the Centre's goals and objectives. Shona Coleman brings over three decades of international expertise in clinical services, allied healthcare provision, and operations management. With more than 15 years of experience in the Middle East, she excels in maintaining efficient and effective departmental operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant international and local regulations, laws, standards, and protocols, which are crucial to sustaining operational excellence. In addition to her operational oversight, Shona plays a strategic role in driving organisational improvements. Her ability to analyse the broader business ecosystem enables her to recommend and implement measures that enhance service quality and operational efficiency, contributing significantly to the organisation’s continued success.
